Gareth’s career in real estate began in 2001.

While attending college and working full time at Yale University, Gareth began buying, fixing up and managing apartment buildings in the college community in which he grew up. Officially becoming a National Association of Realtors member in 2005 allowed Gareth to grow into sales, and over the next few years, he helped grow a small family brokerage into what is now annually ranked the #1 firm in New Haven, Connecticut.

In 2011, relocating to Southern California, Gareth bought his first CA home, got his CA sales license, and worked as a paid consultant to one of the top producing Realtors in Redlands, CA. Developing the management program to a large portfolio of rentals and annual sales totaling $20M made it one of the highest producing sales offices in San Bernardino County.

Moving to Silicon Valley in 2014, Gareth connected with another CA top producer in Palo Alto, assisting his company in sales and program management. In 2015, that team was ranked by Real Trends, Wall Street Journal as the #1 real estate team in the USA. with $550 million in total sales.

Gareth has been a licensed California Real Estate Broker since 2016.
