Gareth’s interest in real estate began at a young age growing up in New Haven, Connecticut admiring the beautiful and historic architecture of the city. In his early 20's Gareth purchased and managed several apartment buildings near Yale University, and in 2004 he decided to obtain his real estate license and became a professional Realtor.

After undertaking several successful ventures and representing both sellers and buyers on the East Coast, Gareth met his wife and decided to make the move to her native California. There he quickly established a solid reputation and client base, closing on several homes in his first year as a California Association Realtor. At this time, Gareth also held an executive management position with a brokerage in Palo Alto, directing a power house team that won the award of

 #1 team in America for sales production in 2014 by The Wall Street Journal, totaling 550M in real estate sales. 


Gareth uses over 15 years of sales and construction experience and a strong tenacity for personal growth to provide his clients with the best advise and representation possible. Gareth holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Media Communications from Southern Connecticut University and has experience in leadership, property management, and business development, having consulted for some of the most renowned real estate brokerage owners and builders in California. Gareth has developed new construction projects, managed portfolio acquisitions and created management and marketing plans for both residential, commercial and industrial real estate.


Gareth has certification in property management (CAR), 55+ senior real estate planning (SRES) and contract negotiation (RENI) in addition, Gareth was ranked in 2018 as a top negotiator in San Mateo County by


Gareth resides in the Bay Area with his wife and two children, representing the best real estate clients in Contra Costa, 

San Mateo County, Silicon Valley / Santa Clara and San Francisco and using his team and network to consult for client real estate sales in Northern and Southern California.
